- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Please note that all personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
- You may exchange any item for a different size or color within 15 days of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange:
Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange with House of Corduroy:

- State your intent to return or exchange an item.
- Provide your order number.
- Specify the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
- Briefly explain the reason (optional but helpful).

Fill out the Return/Exchange Form:
- Access: Customer service will send you a link to a Google Form specific to your request.
- Details: Fill out the form with accurate information, including:
- Your contact details (name, email, phone number)
- Order number
- Item(s) being returned/exchanged
- Reason for return/exchange (optional)
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Size/color desired for exchange (if applicable)

Receive Return Authorization:
Upon form submission, you'll receive a confirmation email containing:
- Detailed instructions on packing and shipping your return
- Return address for House of Corduroy

Pack and Ship Your Return:
- Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Use a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking number for reference.
- Ship the package to the provided return address within the stipulated timeframe.

Return Processing:
Once House of Corduroy receives your return, they will process it within 5-7 business days.
You'll receive an email notification confirming receipt and status of your return/exchange.
